TURN YOUR VOLUME ON! Crispy Roasted Whole Pork In Hay Yai, Thailand

by

Sounds like the Angels are singing with your belly grumbling in the background…

Is it just us that smiles whenever we hear that oh so sweet crackling of roasted pork being chopped and serve?

We found this video from Hat yai, Thailand of a street food of Roasted Pork. This pig was roasted whole and the crispiness of the skin was truly there on the get go. But what took our attention was that inside the pig, the meat was roasted too, unlike the Pinoy version in which case the meat would be soft, juicy and moist. The meat on this pork does go fall off the bone but what looks inside is more like a hamonado/ asado look. But we wont take that against this fine, oh so very fine pork dish. This too we shall eat. Cheers!
