If you’re craving for a proper tonkatsu, then this restaurant overs the biggest tonkatsu panlaban sa karkadog level na gutom nyo.

This video is about Fujiki’s Deep Fried Bone in Tomahawk Tonkatsu and it is HUGE! Each piece is 10oz in weight and comes from pigs grown special in Ibaraki, Japan. They ONLY eat sweet potatos and tapioca, making the meat more tender. A whole pig can only produce 22 pieces of this massively large tomahawk pork cutlets, adding a rarity to this pork dish. The recipe is in the video, sure we cant buy Ibaraki pork here but the native pork may just hit the spot well too. Cheers!
