Chicken Wings in SALTED EGG Sauce by Chef Ian Dalida Galza

Chicken Wings have been a staple beer match given that its flavors and heat compliments well with the hoppy and bitter sweet of beer. Here is our go to chef for another solid recipe and this time we are indeed in for a treat! Cheers!

My version of “CHICKEN WINGS IN SALTED EGG SAUCE.” Pulutan of the day…

1kilo chicken wings
3 pcs salted egg yolk lng po ang kukunin
1 maliit na evap milk
1/4 cup harina
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 pcs sili labuyo
Sarili nyong pampalasa pwedeng magic sarap msg.
Salt pepper o asin paminta
1 teaspoon Curry powder
2 kalamansi
Kung may mabibili kayo ng curry leaves masmainam panggisa.

Hatiin ang mga manook ayon sa gustong sukat.
Imarinate sa asin paminta pampalsa kalamansi.
Ibudbud ang harina at cornstarch sa binabad na manok at iprito.
Kunin ang pula ng itlog na maalat at igisa sa konting mantika at butter curry leaves siling labuyo at lagyan ng gatas konting asukal. At curry powder Pagmedyo malapot na ilagay ang piniritong manok. Para kumapit. At ayus na ang pulutan…
