Ahhhh Callos, the one good thing that our Spanish colonizers had left us after their more than three centuries rule. This dish is also a cultural dish, hinde naman kumakain ng laman loob ang mayayaman dati. This is a poor or farmer’s dish that is sooooo good, its lip smacking delicious.

This video we found was the Filipino Style written all over, though we doubt it was filmed in the islands. We’re just glad that the Pinoys out of the country still remembers their Filipino Cuisine. Callos, for us, has a rating of four rice cups and a bread to wipe all that goodness off your plate. We suggest drinking this with hard liquor to help you digest. Cold drinks are discourage as this dish is a certified lip balm maker. Cheers!
