Everybody has a simple variation to the famous salpicao. Here’s a simple and oh so tasty beef salpicao. Note that the longer you marinate, the better! But a quick mix and sizzle also works based on our experience. *wink*
Ingredients:
- Salpicao beef (you can ask your local butcher for this)
- Olive oil
- Lots of garlic.. lots!
- Soy sauce
- Worchestershire sauce
- Paprika (just a pinch)
- Chilli flakes
- Salt and Pepper
- Butter
- Seasoning
