What started as a unfortunate miscommunication to review a new restaurant, turned as a blessing as we opted to do a unscheduled review of Perfect Pint. As we walked inside, we were greeted by a relaxed ambiance with chill music in the background. The place, well decorated with rustic fixtures and lights, even the art pieces on the walls speaks volumes as if saying, “you will have a great time here”.

The people of Perfect Pint are very attentive, knowledgeable of the food and craft beer they offer, and always have an easy smile to share. The manager was hospitable, charming and observant. We ordered their Top Best Sellers with 4 sets of craft beer sample trays. The Oyster Sisig is a revelation by itself, in a country so obsessed with sisig, this is a must try. The Calamares Negra, crispy and yet the squid inside is not chewy with the dip enhancing the seafood flavor. If your a fan of chicken wings, you cant get wrong with the Lord of the Wings. Bro, these wings are flavorful, the plate is actually a sample plate of their lineup of wings, coated with sauces of different flavor profiles and spiciness.

The Perfect Pint is proud of their 21, yes you read it right, 21 different types of craft beer. With so many choices to choose from, you can distinguish each brewski based on their  bitterness or percentage of alcohol, which translate to you discovering your favorite type of beer. Ours was the Simtra Triple IPA (Indian Pale Ale) with 131 IBU (International Bitterness Unit) of bitterness and an ABV (alcohol by volume) of 10%, one pint can make any person feel relax in just a few minutes.
