Do you like cheese? And Inasal? And sisig? We said yes to all and guess what.. Simple Lang, a restaurant located at Ayala Triangle decided to make all our dreams come true.

Presenting, the Cheesy Garlic Inasal Sisig by Simple Lang.

This combination at first seems weird to the tongue but the more you have of it, the more it grows on you.  It’s one of those, who would’ve know combinations but actually made a lot of sense. Besides, some traditional sisig recipes actually have mayonnaise and it works!

We’ll be looking into other dishes we can add cheese.. but for now, just head on to Simple Lang to try out the Cheesy Garlic Inasal Sisig with extra rice please. *rub tummy*
