We promised so we aim to deliver!
Did we have any reservations on doing this video? Maybe… No, not really. Did someone sign a waiver that if anything happens bad, no body was at fault and we were doing this with full understanding of what could happen? Errr.. No, not even our boss knew it was going down.
As promised on the primer article about this cocktail, Have you tried it? Vodka on your Milk… , well here it is. Below are the things we needed to make the cocktail.
- Cold Fresh Milk
- Absolut Vodka Kurant
- Red Plastic Cups
Mix equal parts milk and vodka, stir and enjoy. That’s how simple it is.
The cocktail was not bad at all, the strong black currant (Duhat in the Philippines) tartness paired well with the creaminess of the fresh milk. Of course, there was a slight bitterness to it because of the vodka but what we suggest to improve the taste is to put some ice cubes in a cocktail shaker along with the concoction and shake it briskly, straining the extra ice cubes into a cocktail glass. Served with a few Duhat pieces and cheese on the side. Cheers!
