These guys got it right.  From thickness, texture, that crunch and definitely the authentic taste.  It’s all packed into every bite of their Bagnet.

The restaurant offers authentic Ilokano cuisine but most of their dishes offer a good twist to traditional filipino cooking.  They use fresh ingredients that you can also buy directly from them.

We’re not gonna cover the others dishes in this post (not that we didn’t want to) simply because we love Naimas’ Bagnet so much that we think it deserves its own post.

Just a tip, order the garlic rice.. it will take a while to make but it’s worth the wait.
