Our friend Chef Henny Harvey J is back and he whips up a mean looking pasta dish that will blow your mind. Being an avid fan of Hennessy Cognac, Chef Henny normally spikes all his dish with some heavy love of Hennessy, and when we say “some” we meant he drowns that dish with cognac like a fish. On this video, he cooks his favorite pasta, Penne ala Henny, and goes ballistic with the cognac!!! Igniting the pasta and the sauce just short of burning the whole kitchen down.
