How it all started

Our chicken flakes dish is a unique recipe from my wife’s family. Her late mother handed down the recipe to her elder sister first and now the recipe was shared with her.

Inspiration

It excites us when we see the reaction of those trying our dish for the first time.

What are you most proud of in your place, food or service?
