My partner and I, noticed every time we travel locally our usual budget breakfast and snacks are either tapsilog or longganisa.

Since there’s always a PISO fare (thank God 😂) We had a chance to travel a lot and taste wide variety of longganisa from every part of our country Philippines 🇵🇭 . Then it came to our mind, why not bring all types of longganisa in one store/shop

Goals/Inspiration?
when we had a long drive going to Oslob all the stores are selling cooked cebu chorizo for P10 pesos only. Filipino Families are very happy with this simple meal.
