How it all started
It started when my girlfriend surprised me that she already got orders of sisig from her friends and so I was so pressured to cook for them.
What are you most proud of in your place, food or service?
The food- the quality of food we prepare and also have the fresh ingredients, a well trained chef, clean and sanitized materials.
What Pulutan or dishes would you recommend to first-timers and why?
Sisig- not just an ordinary sisig, it’s lechon sisig.
How about the drinks? What would you recommend to first-timers and why?
We don’t have drinks but all our dishes can be paired up with beers.
