Everybody has a simple variation to the famous salpicao. Here’s a simple and oh so tasty beef salpicao.  Note that the longer you marinate, the better! But a quick mix and sizzle also works based on our experience. *wink*

Ingredients:

  • Salpicao beef (you can ask your local butcher for this)
  • Olive oil
  • Lots of garlic.. lots!
  • Soy sauce
  • Worchestershire sauce
  • Paprika (just a pinch)
  • Chilli flakes
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Butter
  • Seasoning

It’s so easy, you won’t miss the kwentuhan sa inuman. *Snap fingers* Done! Back to the beer.
