Almost every Filipino is familiar with chicharon. There are different kinds and names for chicharon, made from different kinds of meat like chicken, beef, intestines and even vegetable. But the most common kind of chicharon is the pork rind. Names range from chicharon with laman, chicharon bituka, chicharon bulaklak and so on depending on which and what part of the animal is used. It can be eaten as a snack, but it is best partnered with drinks!
