If you’re a fan of both bicol express and pork sisig, then you definitely need to try and cook this one!  It’s the lovechild of both dishes.  The Sisig Express (Sisig with coconut milk).

Ingredients:

  • Sisig mix (canned or frozen)
  • Garlic
  • Red onions
  • Red chilis (sili)
  • Green chilis
  • Bagoong (Shrimp paste)
  • Coconut milk
  • Crushed Chicharon

No need to measure.. just feel the force that flows through your body and make sure you have some cold beer standing by. *virtual cheers*
