Asians eat a wide range of food from the mundane to the exotic and this next dish is more of in the middle of things.

This is Bloc26th Takoyaki and they offer a big whole twist to the takoyaki craze. Traditionally, takoyaki has diced octopus along with other several ingredients in it but this one offers a whole baby octopus in it. We think its not sustainable since this shop would be serving future producers of its kind but it sure looks delicious. Their shop pops around in Bangkok, Thailand and if you happen to visit, it would worth the experience, just make sure to bite it in small sizes. Cheers!
