Simple, Easy and very affordable pulutan…

Pork is very versatile product that absorbs flavor well that’s why it is easily cooked and paired. For this week’s Pulutan Dish, we found this recipe that will elevate your palate without elevating your stress points. This is  Ginger Pork Stew.

The Ingredients:

  • Pork Belly, no bone, no skin, cut into 1/2 inch thick
  • 1/2 cup grated ginger
  • 1 cup Teriyaki sauce
  • 1 whole onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cabbage, shredded till you get 2 cups of cabbage.
  • 3 tbsp of cooking oil

Watch the video and follow the instructions. This dish is best paired with fruity beer or a sweet white wine. The fatness of the pork belly will be cut by the sweetness of the drink. Cheers!
