You can’t argue… THIS DISH IS SO FRESH…

Seafood is always best when its fresh and who can argue with the freshness of this Squid Sashimi dish. The squid is plucked from the pool, alive and given to the shop owner. The shop owner/ chef then starts his magic on the squid, cleaning and slicing it. The head even dances on the side of the chopping board as it’s body gets prepared. That’s how fresh seafood should be especially in Hakodate Morning Market in Hokkaido, Japan. Don’t let that head escape! Cheers!
