After a year long close, what’s new to NOMA?

Noma has won the Best Restaurant Title  four times and has a 3 Michelin Star, a feat few restaurants  can achieve and a far majority would want to become. But Chef/Owner  Rene Redzepi wanted to break the mold, to reinvent, to capture the passion again.

Chef Redzepi’s style is Nordic with gastronomical wizardry, his influence on flavors and presentation is beyond measure. His approach sometimes subtle incorporating every part of the ingredients into the whole spectacle as if a director would in a movie. Precision and distinction is his arsenal.  This last video is from the old NOMA, can you see the difference?Cheers!
