A lot of Filipinos are scattered all over the world and their number one dilemma isĀ homesickness. You cant blame them, it really is More Fun in the Philippines.
Take for instance, this video we found of our Rock N Roll Kababayan from all the way from Norway. One of the things our OFW friends miss the most is good old Filipino food and the best one is Lechon. And since, there are no restaurants near them to fix theirĀ cravings, they opted to cook it the same way they have always done in the province but with a lil twist. They made their lechon boneless!
