Another Filipino Resto making a name with this UPGRADE toasted siopao?

The best thing about Asian food is that its flexible enough to handle a few twist  or variations to the recipe but still retain the essences of the dish. We found a video about Pig & Khao, a Flipino joint by Leah Cohen and is making a name with her offerings of twist and different take on Filipino Cuisine. This upgraded version of toasted siopao comes with mansala curry dip, genius! Her take on our “Pambansang” dessert is spot on with Halo halo, Yum! As more and more Filipino restaurants open, we believe its just about time that our food is being recognized. Cheers for more food and drinks, Filipino style!
