It was one of those “what if” kind of recipes.. what if we stuff longanisa with a piece of shrimp – awesome right? Then.. what if we wrap it with bacon *falls off chair and stands up quickly with an A-HA face*

  • Longanisa of your choice, remove the skin
  • Bacon
