This recipe we found is some what authentic since its a local version that has mellowed down the spicy level of the chili. We all know super hot is the millennial thing to eat nowadays but if your looking for a milder version of the famed classic then this is it. Served with toasted garlic bread to wipe dry the sauce brings this pulutan into a new level. Wash it all down with a few cold bottles of beer and your set for the night. Cheers!
