This recipe is easy and you can easily knock down a bottle or two of beer while cooking it. Char Siu is a Cantonese pork dish that is very popular its a usual dish for Mukbang videos.

The meat is well seasoned and the slow cooking makes it melts in your mouth. Paired with a cold beer and the flavors explodes. Savory, sweet, spicy and bitter for the small bits of charred pork .  Try this recipe, and you will surely not regret it. Cheers!
