Cooking Spicy KPOP Sausages (Gochujang and Sausages)

This pulutan dish takes inspiration from our k-pop friends.  The gochujang or fermented hot pepper paste turns every dish into a korean dish.. that’s the secret sauce. *cheers*

Ingredients:

  • Breakfast Bangers (Or any sausage of your choice)
  • Garlic and red onions
  • Gochujang / Fremented hot pepper paste
  • Ketchup or Catsup (kung san ka masaya)
  • Soju
  • Bell peppers
  • Shredded carrots

Just follow the video, open up a bottle of soju and enjoy! Woot woot!
