CRISPY Pork Sisig ala Chef Ian Dalida Galza

The Ultimate Pinoy Pulutan! Sa sobrang sarap pati Adobo kinakalaban sa trono ng Ulam. Here is our most active member of Share Your Pulutan, Chef Ian Dalida Galza to share his version of the sisig recipe. Cheers!

Ingredients:

1 kg whole pork neck, with Face or ear
1 medium onion, peeled and diced
1 pork cubes
Laurel leaf
4 pcs birds eye chillies, minced
1/2 cup calamansi or lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 thumb sized ginger, minced
3 tbsp soy sauce/knorr seasoning
1/4 chicken liver/atay ng manok
Put a little mayonaise kung gusto…
1 packed chicharon for toppings kung gusto din po.

  • Pakuluan ang baboy sa asin paminta sibuyas laurel pork cubes
  • Pagtama na anglambot pwedeng iprito o iihaw.
  • Iprito ang atay ng manok at tadtarin kasama ng baboy sa gustong sukat at ilagay sa isang bowl t
  • implahan ng calamansi toyo/knorr seasoning sibuyas asin paminta matonaise kung gusto at haluin

meron ka ng sisig…. pwede din ilagay sa sizzling plate at lagyan ng itlog kung gugustuhin.
