A classic pulutan lalo na sa mga kapuluts natin from the North, this Dinakdakan recipe was share by Chef Ian Galza. Get those ingredients and tools heated, we about to cook!

My version of “DINAKDAKAN”….para sa mga magiinom eto pulutan

Ingridients:
1kilo pork face mukha ng baboy may kasamang tenga
1/4Atay ng baboy
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper corns/pamintang buo
8 ounces pig brain/utak ng baboy or mayonaise pwede
¼ cup cup calamansi juice
1 red onion, peeled and diced
1 thumb-size ginger, peeled and minced
3 siling labuyo

Ilaga ang mukha tenga ng baboy atay pag tama na ang lambot. Alisin sa pinagpakuluan pagtapos ay ihawin pagtapos ihawin ay hiwain ayon sa gustong sukat at pigaan ng kalamansi lagyan ng toyo tmplahan ng asin paminta at ilagay ang mga tinadtad na sibuyas silu luya at ilagay ang utak o mayonaise paghaluhaluin… pwede ng iserve.

Tip: bagay sa hard na alak hehehe pulutan
