Madaming nag-request ng recipe na ito so since mapagbigay kami dito sa Pulutan Club, ito na sya with our resident Chef Ian Dalida Galza…

INGREDIENTS:
1 kilo pork face mukha ng baboy may kasamang tenga
1/4 Atay ng baboy
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper corns/pamintang buo
8 ounces pig brain/utak ng baboy or mayonaise pwede
¼ cup cup calamansi juice
1 red onion, peeled and diced
1 thumb-size ginger, peeled and minced
3 siling labuyo

  • Ilaga ang mukha tenga ng baboy at atay pag tama na ang lambot.
  • Alisin sa pinagpakuluan pagtapos ay iprito o ihawin
  • hiwain ayon sa gustong sukat
  • pigaan ng kalamansi o konting suka tmplahan ng asin paminta
  • ilagay ang mga tinadtad na sibuyas silu luya
  • ilagay ang utak o mayonaise paghaluhaluin

Note: Steam po yun utak or ilagay sa plastic then pakuluan ng 3 minutes bago ihalo
