Honey Beer Chicken Recipe

Its always a treat mixing booze and food together…

Ingredients:

  • 2 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 can or bottle of your favorite beer
  • 2 tablespoon of Honey
  • 1 teaspoon of white sugar
  • 4 teaspoon of Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Mustard Powder
  • 1 large head of garlic
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

This is going to a quick recipe when you forgot that you called for a roll call of friends on a weekend but payday is a weekday. Not only is this dish affordable it is also good for your health because of the use of good protein like chicken breast and beer is always a good source of liquifide fiber. *wink wink.
