It’s a local pinoy version of the famous nachos using longanisa and bacon as the star of the dish. We call it breakfast nachos but you can eat it anytime of the day.. pam-pulutan! Cheers!
- Skinless longanisa
- Red Onions
- Shredded Carrots
- Green and red chilies (you’re call on this one)
- Pork and Beans (optional)
- Corn (optional)
- Green bell peppers
- Cayenne powder and/or Tabasco Sauce
- Nachos OR we highly recommend just going for Tortillos, sarap eh!
