Aside from using the high quality and fresh meats, Korean barbecue is so good because of the way the marinate them.

Love, passion and this marinate makes Korean BBQ great and we are fortunate enough to know their secret marinate recipe. They marinate their meats for 24 hours and the result is that barbecue that melts in your mouth that makes even its smell unique and mouth-watering. Here are the ingredients:

  • 80 grams diced onions
  • 80 grams diced apples
  • 80 grams diced pears
  • 10 grams diced ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 30 grams sesame  seeds
  • 30 ml sesame oil
  • 50 ml soy sauce
  • 300 ml water

Mix them together in a container and blend them together using a blender. Take your prepared meat and marinate it them for 24 hours and chill. Barbecue them in high heat, cut them in bite sizes served with your choice of vegetables. Cheers!
