Pork is very versatile product that absorbs flavor well that’s why it is easily cooked and paired. For this week’s Pulutan Dish, we found this recipe that will elevate your palate without elevating your stress points. This is Ginger Pork Stew.
- Pork Belly, no bone, no skin, cut into 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 cup grated ginger
- 1 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 1 whole onion, chopped
- 1/2 cabbage, shredded till you get 2 cups of cabbage.
- 3 tbsp of cooking oil
