Batangas “LOMI”
Ingridients:
miki, casava powder, baboy laman, atay, home made kikiam, bawang, sibuyas, toyo, itlog, chicharon, asin, paminta.
- Pakuluan ang baboy at atay sa kaunting toyo at pampalasa at pagtama na ang lambot hiwain sa nais na sukat.
- Magisa ng bawang sibuyas at baboy atay at ilagay ang pinagpakuluan ng karne.
- Timplahan ng toyo at pagkakulo ihalo ang tinunaw na casava powder at binating itlog. Hugasan ang miki at ilahok.
- Magsalin sa mangkok at ilagay ang baboy atay kikiam chicharon.
- Home made kikiam taba ng baboy harina itlog sibuyas bawang carots gilingin at pagsamsamahin at irolyo iprito.
