This crabs are HUGE… and its simple to cook!
Alaskan King Crabs are the biggest crabs in the sea and we found this Tomador Guide to cooking them.
For the steamed crabs: On a deep pot put 1/8 of the way full and boil. In the video its salt water but lets use fresh water on our recipe. When the water starts to boil place a rack inside first before dropping all the crabs.
For the Miso Butter Dip: Miso Paste, Chili Paste and Butter. Melt the butter, when its melted add a tablespoon of miso paste, a tablespoon of chili paste and mix well together till the ingredients are blended together.
Paired with cold beer or any warming hard liquor this dish is perfect for solo hits or bonding moments. Cheers!
