Considered as one of the most affordable pulutan dish in the country, kasi naman sa ingredients na napakadaling hanapin. But affordable doesn’t mean cheap and tasteless, affordable should mean… damn, bro sulit! Try this recipe, Cheers!

My version of Stir fry hotdogs or Sizzling hotdogs…. pinaka easy na pulutan


Ingredients:

2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 cup Sweet Blend Ketchup or Banana Ketchup
1 Tbsp Hot Sauce (optional)
2 Tbsp Oil, for sauteing
500 g Hotdog, sliced diagonally
½ cup Onion, thinly sliced
½ cup Bell Pepper, cut into chunks
⅓ cup Margarine
2 pc Siling Haba, sliced diagonally

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, Sweet Blend Ketchup and hot sauce. Mix well until well combined.

In a pan, fry sliced hotdog in oil for about one minute. Then, add onion until soft and bell pepper. Saute for about one or two minutes more.

Then add the sauce mixture you prepared in step one to combine with hotdog. Add margarine and let it melt. Transfer into sizzling plate, add ling chili pepper or siling pang sigang.
