Filipino fusion restaurant The Park’s Finest BBQ mind blown the brains of these two reviewers: Andrew Fung of Fung Bros. Food and Daymdrops of In Car Food Review. No one has prepared these two for what Filipino flavors has to offer. The Park’s Finest offers versions of roast chicken pork ribs and short ribs. We saw what we believe is their version of bicol express, cooking 16 hour top round beef cubes in coconut milk, but what takes the cake is their cornbread bibingka.

What their lacking in traditional Filipino flair like adobo o sinigang, nailed with the different sawsawan. We Pinoy love our sawsawan. Watch the video below and comments us with what food pairs well with some ice cold Red Horse on the side! Cheers!
