Ladies and gents, let’s not give up on instant sisig.. yet. Here are quick tips to make it way way… way better.

First tip is to toast it … Straight from the can simply spread the sisig mix across an aluminum foil and put inside your toaster for a few minutes.  We don’t need to get technical on what actually happens to it and why it comes out way better. (Coz we don’t know – it was an experiment that came out awesome)

Next, add crushed chicharon. Instant winner!

Last… garlic, red onions and green chilis!
