Kimchi ang pulutan hehehe gumawa ako home made….My home made kimchi….
Note: hindi biro gumawa maraming proseso pero worth it…

Ingridients: petchay baguio, labanos, pwedeng may carrots, leeks or dahon ng sibuyas, bawang,luya, sibuyas puti, apple, patis, asin, asukal, fresh alamang, (Gochujang Korean chili paste), Korean chili powder,glutenous rice.

  • Hugasan ang mga gulay hiwain ang petchay ayon sa gustong sukat.
  • Asinan ang petchay hanggang sa malanta hugasan at pigain patuyuin.
  • Maghiwa ng carots labanos ng julienne cut/strips.
  • Magbalat ng bawng sibuyas apple luya pagsamasamahin sa blender
  • Timplahan ng asin asukal alamang patis gochujang
  • Iblender lagyan ng konting tubig para maging paste.
  • Magluto ng glutenous rice pagmalapot na ang glutenous rice at malamig na.
  • Kumuha ng isang bowl at pagsamasamahinhin ang glutenous rice at yung binelender na paste at chili powder yan ang magiging base ng kimchi.
  • Pagsamahin ang hiniwang labanos, carrots at petchay baguio lagyan din ng dahon ng sibuyas
  • Ibuhos ang ginawang kimchi base haluin hanggang sa magsamasama ang mga sangkap.
  • Isalin sa nais nyong lalagyanan at pwede ng kainin.
  • Masmasarap kainin pagnaburo n ng 1 o 2 araw sa ref.

Tip: sa Korean store kayo bumili ng Korean chili powder dahil yun yung authentic at ginagamit talaga.
